Since the Hulk is such a physical, destructive character it seemed appropriate for my otherwise low-key design to suffer a few upheavals. The Incredible Hulk and related characters are TM & © Marvel.

While most noted for his several years drawing the Hulk, artist Herb Trimpe loved and flew biplanes, became a late-in-life teacher, and following the aftermath of 9/11 served as a chaplain onsite for Ground Zero workers. Sadly, Mr. Trimpe died shortly before the book was published. I designed the cover and interior.
